For breakfast guests can choose from the in-house al-la-carte menu or buffet (occupancy dependent) at The Café, dine al-fresco or take advantage of the Taste Vietnam Privileges and breakfast at Vy’s Market Restaurant and Cooking School or Cargo Club in town.

Later in the day globetrotting guests naturally migrate to The Café, gathering to enjoy a popular selection of cafe fayre chosen from the menu of Ms Vy's famous Cargo Club, or to indulge in a French pastry inspired afternoon tea. The lush garden edging the outdoor pool is the spot for a shady afternoon read, post sunset, the artsy ceramic urns and ambient lit waterfall provide a cool backdrop to an evening cocktail at the cute al-fresco pool bar.
Those after a change of scene can take advantage of Taste Vietnam Privileges at any one of Ms Vy's illustrious restaurants located in the nearby Old Town (she has four). Known for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Ms Vy's most talked about restaurant, Morning Glory, is so good that many diners cross borders just to dine there. For a more low-key experience, the laid-back Cargo Club serves a global menu of Asian-Euro fusion dishes with a dash of French patisserie flair. For original, authentic, directly from the hands of the cook who's been making a dish for generations food, Vy's maiden restaurant, the no frills Mermaid gives diners a glimpse into a Hoi An home, its culture and life with food as their guide. A street food theatre, Vy's Market Restaurant and Cooking School is the real deal, where individual food carts and cookery stations circle courtyard dining, providing traditional all day market style dining and cooking classes in an enchanting Indochina mansion, with evening views of Hoi An's fanciful lantern market. On the doorstep
From the hotel, it is a mere two-minute hunger inducing walk past rows of pop-up street food vendors to the French Quarter. A few minutes more walking will bring you to Hoi An's Central Market, where you can shop for exotic spices, fresh produce and graze through Hoi An specialities in the local food hall. From here it's a couple more blocks to the museums and famous traders houses, which highlight the towns kaleidoscopic culture and history. Less cultured, but equally as mesmerising are the tiny cafes, tailor shops and boutiques that dot the old town, offering light relief and retail therapy for those less culturally inclined.
