Elegant Inn Hotel Saigon is excellent value for the money spent. The staff is will trained and helpful. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked great, the beds were new and comfortable, there was free wifi, there was a bathtub, which is rare in Vietnam, and there were robes in the closet! It is on a main street, but the room was not noisy.
