Room Tariff

- All rates are in US$, include VAT & service charges.

- Extra bed: US$10

- Children under 12 years of age sharing same room with parents on existing bed is charged at 50% discount for breakfast unless extra bed is required.

- Promotion from 1 Jan to 30 Apr: discount 10% above room rates (not applied on festivals, Tets)
* Compulsory Meals: Christmas Eve on 24th December & New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December: at US$ 15 nett/adult & US$ 10 nett/child
* Surcharged on peak period: An increase of 20% on room rates will be applied for peak season:
+ From the December 28th 2012 to the December 31st of 2012 : 4 nights
+ Tet Holidays: January 02nd to the January 6th of Lunar Year : 5 nights
+ Victory & International Labour day: 2 nights (will be advise the day later)
