We employ a total of one hundred staff, all recruited locally and with a good knowledge of Hoi An and its surroundings.
As a family run business, we take pride in the fact that we have retained a large number of staffs who have grown in experience and confidence over the years spent with us. Breakfast buffet or a la carte (occupancy dependant) is served daily from 06.30 to 10.00 am, offering a wide selection of Western and Vietnamese hot and cold dishes, dairy, egg station, bread and pastries, fresh juices, coffee and tea etc.
Lunch (11:00 to 15:00) and Diner (19:00 to 23:00) are also served here daily.
Courtyard Cafe:
Very much a focal point of the Hotel, this airy courtyard space with its central water lily pond, and tropical planting provides a delightful location where you can take meals or refreshments. Drinks and meals are served from 06:30 – 23:00 daily.
The Liên Lounge is located on the 4th floor, next to the swimming pool with a breathtaking view over the rice fields. Providing an ideal place for a quiet drink, or even a spot of work while the family relaxing on the pool deck outside, the Liên Lounge really comes into its own as the day draws to an end, and is the perfect vantage point for enjoying the memorable sunsets.
