The luxury cruise ship Voyager of the Seas of Royal Caribbean on
Wednesday docked at Phu My Port in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, and dozens of
travel firms in HCMC were invited to visit the ship.
The world's largest tourism website, TripAdvisor, has ranked as
“Excellent” the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. The museum was voted among the most
attractive tourist destinations in 2012 in Hanoi.
Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh and
Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Simeon Dyankov agreed to
co-organise various cultural activities next year during a meeting in Hanoi on
October 18.

Vietnamese airlines all have raised the airfares from October 15.
The return ticket for Hanoi – HCM City could be as high as 7.6 million dong,
while the airfare for the Hanoi – Phu Quoc flights to 8.8 million dong.
A special sports, culture and tourism festival featuring members
of the Cham ethnic group is underway in the central province of Ninh Thuan. The
three-day festival, kicked off on October 14, is taking place at the same time
as the group's traditional Kate festival.
Just spending one night with a Dao minority family is a great
experience for tourists.
The 11th annual meeting of the Council for Promoting Tourism in
Asia (CPTA) opened in Hanoi on October 10.
