The number of visitors to the Ho Dynasty Citadel in Thanh Hoa
Province has increased considerably since the citadel was recognized as a world
cultural heritage site by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and
Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on June 27, 2011.
The Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Documentation Workshop is
co-organized by Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region (ICHCAP)
under the auspices of UNESCO, the Vietnamese Institute for Musicology (VIM) and
the Department of Cultural Heritage (DCH) and Viet Nam Institute of Culture and
Art Studies (VICAS), is being held from 2 to 6 July in Hanoi, Viet Nam.
The 11 provinces and cities in the Red River Delta all have their
