The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Bac Kan
Province on Tuesday held a press conference to introduce a tourism program
called ‘Through Viet Bac’s heritage regions 2011’ with the participation of Cao
Bang, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces.

international arrivals to Vietnam in October 2011 estimated 518,477, increasing
by 80.9% in comparison with the last month and 17.8% with the same period of
2010.
More than 600 years ago, the Ho Dynasty Citadel was built in
Vinh Loc district, Thanh Hoa province. Since then the unique stone work in
Southeast Asia was forgotten in wars. It was recognized by the UNESCO as a world
