Authorities have announced a master plan on developing Moc Chau
into a national tourism site by 2020 during a ceremony in the northern province
of Son La.
On April 2, 2015, in Ha Noi, Embassy of Belgium in Viet Nam in
collaboration with Brussels Invest & Export and Flanders Investment & Trade
organized a workshop on discovery of Belgium.
The HCM City People’s Committee has authorized its Department of
Tourism to cooperate with necessary departments and agencies to develop tours of
Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago.

island district as a special national heritage site.
The International Travel Expo in Ho Chi Minh City (ITE- HCMC) has
successfully promoted cooperation among the Mekong Tourism Alliance of Cambodia,
Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam.
Ecotourism and river tourism in Can Tho and in the Mekong Delta
have gradually lured a large number of domestic and international tourists.
A high-end resort, “Sol House” with a capacity of 260 rooms and
suites, will be opened on Phu Quoc Island in 2016.
