Most of the typical products
of Vietnam’s mountainous North-West region can be found in Na Tau Market, a
rather small market in Dien Bien District.
While the hot and bustling
capital keeps most at bay during the Hanoi summer, a quick daytrip to
neighboring Ha Tay Province’s Ao Vua, or King’s Pond, is a breath of fresh air

Diving into the turquoise
waters and lying leisurely jay on a quiet beach during the daytime and at night
are what holidaymakers may think of in their summer vacations. Tay Beach in the
central province of Khanh Hoa is a recommended destination.
Lying between two mountain
passes, Mang Den and Violak, and about 50 kilometers from Kontum township, the
grassland of Mang Den is poised to become the second resort town of the Central
Highlands after Dalat City thanks to its cool weather.
Famous for its resorts that
line the coast, Binh Thuan Province also is home to white sand dunes, groves of
coconut trees, and vast fields of dragon fruit lining the roads near the popular
resort town of Mui Ne.
Known for its beaches, the town also has some of the most favourable wind conditions in Asia for water sports, including kite-boarding and kite-surfing.
