A visa exemption agreement for holders of Vietnamese and Mozambican diplomatic
and official passports, agreed by the two countries’ governments in Maputo on
April 4, 2008, will come into effect on Feb. 9, 2009, the Foreign Ministry
announced on Feb. 5.
