Viet Nam is expected to receive 7.4-7.5 million foreign travelers
and 35 million domestic tourists at the end of this year, earning total revenues
of VND195,000 billion.
Vietnam joined Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia
at the third ministerial meeting on tourism and cultural cooperation, which was

place in the northern province of Ninh Binh’s Bai Dinh Pagoda on November 21-
22, said an official from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at a press
conference in Hanoi last week.
Low-cost carrier VietJet Air has launched a new route from Ho Chi
Minh City to Quy Nhon, offering more than 2,500 seats on seven round-trips per
week since November 9.
