Hanoi Carnival 2012 to open in Hanoi

Hanoi Carnival 2012 will take place on 25 and 26 August 2012, at Indochina Plaza at 239 Xuan Thuy Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
Hanoi Carnival 2012 is a cultural space where visitors can experience a festive atmosphere, make new friends and learn through cultural exchange activities.
