From December 1, the public will have an opportunity to enjoy
dances performed by people from Laos, Cambodia and Indonesia, and to try dishes
from throughout Southeast Asia.
The Southeast Asia Museum in the framework of the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology
will open to welcome tourists. There will be games and free activities for
tourists.
According to leaders from the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, so far, preparations
for a regular exhibition on Southeast Asian cultures have completed. Visitors
will be able to understand more about people in neighbouring countries,
discovering similarities as well as differences in culture between Vietnam and
other countries in the region. Visitors can enjoy activities to discover
Southeast Asian countries through folk games, national flags, currency,
