Narita-Da Nang air route set to open

A direct air route from the Da Nang Airport to Japan’s Narita Airport will be launched in July, the deputy director of the foreign affairs department of Vietnam Airlines, Mai Dang Hieu, confirmed on January 17.
The rout will create a conducive environment for boosting tourism, trade and investment between Vietnam's central region and the cities of Japan .
The central city of Da Nang has an industrial zone covering 100ha for Japanese companies interested in investing in the city.
A 1.2-ha Vietnam-Japan Cultural Exchange Centre will also be built in the popular tourist centre of Ngu Hanh Son district./.
