Hanoi listed world's best value destination for travelers

Annually, the Tripadvisor's TripIndex Cities evaluated the overall cost of an overnight stay in 48 famous tourist destinations around the world to determine the most and least expensive cities for travelers.
The ranking is based on the average cost for two pax including cocktails at a five-star hotel, dinner at restaurant, taxi fare, and room at 4-star hotel during the summer season (June - August). The capitals of London (British) and Paris (French) are the world's most expensive destinations with 519.86 USD and 509.84 USD respectively, while Ha Noi, Viet Nam offers the best value with 152.89 USD for an overnight stay.
According to the site's annual TripIndex Cities study, seven of the world's 10 most expensive destinations are in Europe, while Asian and African cities offer suitable price.
Accordingly, top 10 of most expensive cities include: London, Paris, New York, Stockholm, Oslo, Zurich, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Toronto and Sydney.
