activities and plans to invite farmtrips from Japan, the Republic of Korea and
Thailand to inquire into Hue ancient imperial city and central provinces. It
will organise roadshows in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and central region with the
aim of luring more visitors from the localities.
In addition, the tourism sector has improved service quality, tourism
environment while implementing promotion packages and launching new tourism
products.
Apart from their traditional markets, travel agencies in the province are
expanding to promising markets in foreign countries.

including 1.2-1.3 million foreigners, and register a growth of 16-18 percent in
revenues.
In the first seven months of this year, the province greeted nearly 1.8 million
tourists, including 650,000 foreigners, raking in 1,626 billion VND.
