Asian travel companies discover Vietnam

      A famtrip tourist group, including representatives of 33 travel companies in Asia, started a survey trip, entitled “Impression of the Central Tourism”, on March 18th.
The 4-day trip, organized by the Vietnamtourist Company, will bring tourists to famous tourism spots in the region, such as Ngu Hanh Mountain, Champa Museum, Son Tra Peninsula in Danang, Hoi An old quarter, Cham Island in Hoi An, Hai Van Pass, Lang Co, Huong River and Hue Citadel.
Previously, a famtrip group of 22 well-established travel agencies from Hong Kong had also taken part in a trip, which was organized by Vietnam Airlines and the Hoi An Tourism JSC, to tour the Central region from Thua Thien-Hue Province to Quang Nam Province.
The trip is part of the tourism promotion programme to help open a direct flight from Hong Kong to Da Nang and Siem Reap.
