Over 30 tours especially designed for ABG 5 in Da Nang

In addition to paid tours, there are seven free tours provided for int’l media and delegation of ABG 5.
According to Da Nang’s Department of Tourism, over 30 day tours and night tours will be launched by travel agents on the occasion of Asian Beach Game (ABG) 5, taking place in Da Nang on Sep 24 to Oct 3.
ABG 5 will be a golden opportunity to promote Viet Nam’s central and Da Nang tourism to athletes and teams from 42 participating countries and territories. Taking this opportunity, various travel agents have quickly introduced a number of day and night tours especially designed for visitors to Da Nang on ABG 5.
The most popular day tours include city tour (Marble Mountains - Cham Museum - Son Tra Peninsula), Marble Mountains – Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, Cham Island, Hue Imperial Citadel, Son Tra Peninsula, city tour by helicopter etc. Meanwhile, visitors can also opt for several night tours to Viet Nam’s most famous attractions, such as Ha Noi – Trang An – Bai Dinh _ Ha Long Bay (3 days and 2 nights). Ha Noi – Sa Pa – Fansipan Peak – Trang An – Bai Dinh (4 days 3 nights), Phu Quoc Island (3 days 2 nights) etc.
Since Sep 20, travel agents which have been appointed to provide these special tours by local authority have launched their promotional activities around Da Nang City.
In addition, delegations and int’l media participating in ABG 5 can join seven free tours held by Da Nang City, including Marble Mountains – Cham Museum – Son Tra Peninsula – Intercontinental, My Khe Beach – Marble Mountains – Than Tai Mountain, Han River by night, Da Nang by night on cyclo etc,
Tran Chi Cuong, Deputy Director of Da Nang’s Department of Tourism said that the department has worked with travel agents and accommodation sites to ensure everything has been ready for the Games.
