Tourist boat capsizes, one missing in Can Tho

      A tourist was reported missing after a boat with 10 foreign tourists aboard was hit by a cargo barge on the Cai Rang River in the Mekong Delta province of Can Tho on March 21.
Initial reports said that the boat, which was hired by an overseas Vietnamese for a tour of the Cai Rang floating market, capsized and sank after colliding with the barge at 08.00 in the morning.
Local people and other boat owners rescued all the tourists, except for one. Rescue workers were mobilised to search for the missing.
