Investor in tourism area teams up with car dealer

      Nha Trang-based Hon Tam Joint-Stock Company, a main investor of the Hon Tam Tourism Area, and the Vietnam Star Automobile Co., Ltd. signed a contract on development cooperation and trademark promotion to tourists and automobile customers yesterday in Nha Trang.
According to Doan Van Trang, the Hon Tam Joint-stock Company’s CEO, under the contract, customers buying automobiles from Vietnam Star Automobile Co.,Ltd. will be eligible to become clients of Hon Tam, and will receive preferential treatment from the tourism company.
“The cooperation will benefit trademark promotion during the current economic situation”, said Trang.
The over 104-hectare Hon Tam island is situated in Nha Trang bay. The Hon Tam Company opened one of the four areas on the island, Hon Tam Eco-Green Resort with 49 bungalows, 3 months ago.
According to Trang, up to US $50 million will be poured into the Hon Tam development project.
