Dac Nong preserves local culture
As part of a cultural preservation campaign, a Cultural Community House, built at VND 2 billion, has just been brought into use in Buor, Tam Thang, Cu Dut, Dac Nong.
The cultural house was built in 2 years and funded by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The house was designed modeling upon the traditional house of the E De ethnic minority group.
31 gongs donated by three families in the area will also be displayed and used in festive events.
In the forthcoming time, 12 more houses on stilts will be built in Buor Village alongside some other architectural works. The village is expected to become a pattern of the cultural preservation village in the region.
