Saigountourist’s MICE tourism service up by 30 percent

     The Saigon Travel Service Company (Saigontourist) has catered for over 10,500 people with their Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition (MICE) tourism service since the beginning of this year, a year-on year increase of 30 percent.
As many as 1,500 took MICE tours overseas and 2,500 international and 6,500 domestic clients enjoyed the service in Vietnam.
The prices of MICE tours set by Saigontourist fell by 10-30 percent as a result of the company's close cooperation with their partners.
The company has acted as consultant for many MICE delegations to the Republic of Korea and Thailand with tour prices down by 30 percent and 10 percent respectively.
Saigontourist has joined the MICE Vietnam Club, alongside Vietnam Airlines and a number of leading hotels nationwide.
During the present global economic crisis, the MICE tourism service is attracting more clients, helping to stimulate the demand for the tourism market.
