Ha Giang attracts more tourists

      Some 26,000 holidaymakers have visited the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang since the beginning of this year, up 13 percent from a year ago.
More than a third of them were foreigners from China, Thailand, Japan, the Republic of Korea and European countries.
Ha Giang has finished building guesthouses for tourists in Tam Son in Quan Ba district, Ma Pi Leng in Meo Vac district, Gio (Wind) pass in Xin Man district and Nam Ty Heaven’s Gate in Hoang Su Phi district.
The province’s tourism authority has cooperated with travel agents from across the country, including Tuyen Quang, Bac Can provinces, as well as those from Kunming province in China, to implement projects to lure tourists to Ha Giang.
