Sea Festival 2009 to have 5 records
Five activities and art works
in the 2009 Sea Festival, which will take place in Nha Trang from June 6th to
12th, have been registered to be recognised as official Guinness Records.
They include a 250-strong vintage Vespa parade, the largest Pho-cooking pot in
Vietnam, stemmed from an idea of a French chef, an art sculpture made of inox
waste at 7.5m in length, 4m in height and about 2 tons in weight, a 100m oil
painting featuring environmental protection; and the largest Vietnamese
folk-music orchestra with the participation of 150 instrumentalists and 100
dancers.
In addition to the five activities and art works, a number of other events in
culture, arts, sports, economy and science will also be held during the
festival.
