Phan Thiet to have more deluxe resorts
Phan Thiet, famous for its
stunning beaches, sand hills and seafood, is also known as the city of resorts
with many deluxe resorts, restaurants and entertainment areas such as Blue Ocean
Resort, Nam Chau Resort, Phu Hai Resort, and Princess D’Annam Resort and Mui Ne
Hot Mineral Mud Center.
The number of tourists heading to Phan Thiet is growing all the time, and this
has attracted many investors to the city to build more resorts.
One such investor, Duc Thanh Joint Stock, has recently broken ground for the
Jade Ocean Resort at Suoi Nuoc Beach area, Mui Ne Ward, Phan Thiet City. The
resort is on three hectares and includes a chain of bungalows and a four-star
hotel with seven floors, featuring 160 rooms, conference hall, gyms and a
300-seat restaurant, as well as tennis courts, a swimming pool and a playground
for children.
The project will cost VND120 billion and completion is expected by December
2010.
Meanwhile, Phuong Trang Tourist & Transportation Company has been given approval
by authorities in the central province of Binh Thuan to build a Phuong Trang
complex of restaurants, resorts, hotels and entertainment area with an
investment of VND137 billion.
In addition to current transport and travel services, Phuong Trang complex will
be a tour operator for local and foreign tourists in Phan Thiet City. The
project is aimed at meeting demands for entertainment and relaxation.
