Hue hosts Georges Baptiste Cup

      The Tourism Association of Vietnam opened on May 25th the Georges Baptiste Cup 2009 of Vietnam at Villa Hue Hotel, a training hotel of the Hue Tourism College in Hue.
The contest is aimed at selecting two competitors to take part in the fourth International Georges Baptiste Cup, which will be held in Hue from May 29th to 30th.
The Georges Baptiste Cup, named after Mr Georges Baptiste, a famous French chef, is an international contest held triennially by the Georges Baptiste Association to name the best workers, including students, working in hotels and restaurants around the world.
About 15 participants from different countries will take part in the Cup, which was first organized in 1961.
