HCMC-Dong Hoi air route to be opened

      Vietnam Airlines, the national flag carrier will launch a Ho Chi Minh City-Dong Hoi air route as of July 1st this year, according to an agreement reached recently and signed by the People’s Committee of central Quang Binh province and Vietnam Airlines.
Reportedly, there will be three flights per week from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Hoi and vice versa on Monday Wednesday and Saturday.
Passengers will be served with Fokker 70 and ATR 72 aircraft. The air fare levels will be announced after a discussion between Quang Binh province and Vietnam Airlines.
At present, Dong Hoi airport has air traffic with three flights a week between Hanoi and Dong Hoi on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
