During our tours, we are sure to comply with good safety standards to provide our customers with a secure and comfortable trip. This includes a documented emergency procedure, and a full risk assessment including a check of all equipment.
Throughout the process, it is our mission to provide the fairest price and policy to our customers. We do not charge a cancellation fee for any cancellation that falls ten weeks or longer prior to the start of the tour, and our invoices – which include all taxes – are itemized to ensure total transparency.
