Da Nang has become an official member of the Tourism Promotion Centre for Asia-Pacific Cities (TPO), according to the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre. Da Nang is the fourth city of Vietnam joining the organisation, after Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Hai Phong.
TPO has over 100 member countries and focuses on providing information to and promoting tourism for its member.
