Joint Circular on protecting security in tourism sector signed

      The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ministry of Public Security, on July 22, signed a Joint Cirular on combining efforts in protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety in tourism sector.
The signing ceremony had the presence of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tran Chien Thang and Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Huong.
The Joint Circular states the legal document’s releasing foundation, regulation range, target objects, specific responsibilities of the two ministries, individuals and institutions involving in tourism business.
That the Joint Circular was signed creates a legal base for co-ordinating relationship between Public Security and Tourism functional forces; helping develop effective working mechanism between the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, local tourism authorities, tourism businesses and the central and local functional agencies of public security.
