15 minute firework display at Dalat Flower Festival 2010

The opening ceremony of the Dalat Flower Festival 2010, January 2nd 2010 will include a display of low-range fireworks for 15 minutes, according to the latest news from the People’s Committee of Lam Dong province.
The fireworks will be carried out under the Governmental Decree No. 36/2009/ND-CP signed on April 15, 2009 on firework management and use, order and safety.
The Dalat Flower Festival 2010 lasting from January 1st to 4th, 2010 is one of the seven big festivals welcoming the 1,000 foundation anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.
