Vietnam tourism property association to be launched in mid-August

The Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA) will be launched by August 14, announced Phan Huu Thang, head of the Foreign Investment Management Bureau under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The association gathers businesses, managers, experts and individuals in the tourism property field to protect the common and legitimate benefits of those who are running their business in tourism property.
Mr. Thang noted that the establishment of the association came from the demand of individuals, organizations as well as local and foreign companies which are active in the tourism property field across the country. Moreover, this action also aims at increasing the competitive capability of the local tourism sector on the infrastructure platform, as well as proposing solutions for the government and the state managers in the field.
VnTPA is expected to support its members in enhancing investment opportunities in the field and build up a favorable legal environment to attract investors.
