Tuyen Quang Culture and Tourism Week to Open in October

The northern mountainous province of Tuyen Quang will open its culture and tourism week from October 1 to 6 this year, aiming to promote local tourism products such as eco-tourism, spirit tourism, community tourism, exploration tourism as well as honour its ethnic minorities’ culture identities.
The organising board said that local concerned agencies are actively preparing for the event. The department is introducing tours to attract visitors.
Coming to the event, tourists will enjoy special songs and dances and games of local ethnic minority people. Other activities including food and drink festivals, fashion shows and parades will be also launched.
Within the framework of the week, a seminar themed “Lake on mountain tours” will be organised to promote tours to the neighouring provinces of Tuyen Quang.
