Luxury hotels mobilized for AIG-3 in Vietnam

The tourism sector has been making great efforts to prepare for the third Asian Indoor Games (AIG-3) to be held in Vietnam this October, said Do Thi Xoan, head of the Hotel Department, under the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
It is estimated that the event will draw nearly 10,000 participants, including around 1,000 officials; over 5,000 athletes and coaches, and 2,000 reporters from 45 countries and territories.
According to Xoan, the tourism sector and the event’s organizing board has selected around 60 three to five-star hotels at 6 host localities, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and Bac Ninh to serve the participants.
