Vietnam launches tourism promotion campaign in Japan

Vietnam General Department of Tourism, Vietnam Airlines and Da Nang City on Sept. 12th launched the “Vietnam Show, 2009”, the biggest of its kind so far in Saika, Osaka, Japan to attract more tourists from the country to Vietnam.
The program included diversified activities such as art and fashion shows to introduce Vietnam traditional culture.
Vietnamese actors and actresses will perform in Osaka and Nagoya on Sept 13th and 18th respectively. Conferences on tourism will take place in both cities on this occasion, with the participation of relevant agencies from both countries.
“Vietnam Show 2009” will take place in Tokyo on Sept 19th and 20th with the participation of approximately 100,000 people.
