Travel agencies to study tourist spots in the southern central region

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and travel firms will conduct a survey of tourist destinations in Vietnam’s southern central region, said Nguyen Van Tuan, head of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
The six-day fact finding trip, starting from September 23rd in HCM city, will help the country’s tourism sector, localities and travel businesses work together to develop and expand their tourism products.
In another development, during a recent meeting in HCMC, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism also said that it will work with travel companies to conduct other surveys at five provinces in the Central Highlands and in the Mekong Delta region sometime in the near future.
