Second phase of Sao Viet project kicks off

New City Vietnam Ltd., a 100 per cent foreign capital company from Brunei Darussalam, and the Vietnamese Sao Viet Tourism Company held a ceremony on September 20th to break ground at Bai Xep eco-tourist site including the linking road between the resort and National Highway 1A.
The eco-tourist site, which is located in An Chan commune, Tuy An, Phu Yen, is in the second phase of the Sao Viet tourism project.
The project, with an aggregate investment of VND 180 billion, covers 25 ha that will be constituted of villas, bungalows, a lake, beaches and a marina.
In addition, there will be first-class facilities and services for sports and entertainment near the beaches.
According to the investors, some VND 352 billion will be allocated for the linking road that will be 2.75 km long and 50 m wide and is designed to accommodate 4 lanes for cars and 2 lanes for bikes.
