Jetstar opens ATM payment option

Jetstar Pacific will allow passengers to pay for air tickets through ATM machines starting Thursday.
Under a joint program between the no-frills carrier and the state-owned Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), owners of BIDVATM cards can choose to pay for tickets booked online or via phone at nearly 1,000 BIDV automated teller machines.
The carrier has recommended that the payment be done within 48 hours of booking and 48 hours before the flight.
