Australia offers special tours to Vietnam

 Australia’s tour company, Travel Indochina, will offer a special tour to Vietnam in January 2010 to discover the capital city, Hanoi and other interesting cities such as Sapa, Ha Long, Hue and Hoi An.
At a press conference in Sydney on October 8, Paul Hole, CEO of Travel Indochina, recapped the history of Hanoi since King Ly Thai To’s decision to move the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long (now Hanoi) in 1010.
He also introduced activities in celebration of the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long- Hanoi, highlighted several highly symbolic historical sites in the capital city like Sword Lake, the Hanoi Opera House, the head office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Metropole Hotel.
