Mrs. World contestants tour in Ho Chi Minh City

In their one day in HCM City, contestants of the Mrs. World 2009 pageant visited tourist sites and presenting gifts to disadvantaged kids before moving Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.
Twenty-three women paid a visit to the Thi Nghe Centre for Orphans and Disabled Children at noon on November 4 where they presented 400 gifts. The Mrs. World 2009 organising board also presented 50 million dong to the centre.
They also visited HCM City’s famous Ben Thanh market, the Thong Nhat Palace and a gemstone processing company.
Later they were joined by more contestants from Germany, Venezuela, Israel and Indonesia.
This morning, November 5, they left HCM City for Vung Tau City to prepare for the Mrs. World pageant which will run until November 22.
