developers looking to higher ground for higher profits.
Research shows people in Vietnam are no longer take only one or two holidays a
year. Instead people are starting to look to nearby resorts where they can go at
weekends to relax.
In particular the area west of Hanoi western – in particular Ba Vi district in
Hanoi and Luong Son town in Hoa Binh province.
Tourism sites already being implemented include Top Hills, ecological villas in
Luong Son town, Queen Villas in Ba Vi district, Tan Viet Resort Project in Ba
Vi, Lam Son Resort in Luong Son town as well as a high grade housing area

Prices remain comparatively cheap from several hundred thousand dong to two
million dong per square metre.
Petrowaco has been quick to gain the right to implement the project on high

Hoa Binh province. The project covers an area of 60 hectares which will include
hotels, apartments for lease, trade centre, healthcare centre, entertainment
