Construction work began on November 28 on a project for the elderly in Minh Phu commune in Hanoi’s outlying district of Soc Son.
This is the first resort built for the elderly in Hanoi at an estimated cost of VND200 billion and it will be put into use in two years’ time.
Covering 11 hectares, the resort will provide accommodation, clubs and healthcare services for old people.
