Largest steel-made stands to be built in Danang
Danang authorities have approved a project to
build an enormous steel-made stand to accommodate 26,000 visitors for the
International Fireworks Competition 2010. The seating will be the largest
steel-made platform in Vietnam.
The stands will comprise two zones: Zone A with around 10,000 seats and Zone B
with around 16,000 seats. This work will be designed and built by the Indochina
JS Company.
The 2009 seating for the International Fireworks Competition could hold only
6000 people.
The stage will be built on the Han River and tickets will cost around 300,000
dong for seats in Zone B.
Danang’s fireworks competition has become an annual event since 2007, attracting
many firework teams from various countries.
