Hotel complex expected to boost Danang economy

Construction of a hotel complex worth VND620 billion began in the central coastal city of Danang on December 20.
The project will comprise two tower blocks: a 28-storey hotel tower and a 20-storey tower of offices and flats for rent. It will include 40 high-class apartments covering 100-120m2 each, about 250 four-star hotel rooms and more than 3,500m2 for trade services.
The complex, which is scheduled for completion by the end of 2012, will be invested in by the Bach Dang Trade, Service and Hospitality company.
Addressing the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai highlighted the socio-economic development of Danang city and growth of the local armed forces. He asked the investor and builder to ensure the quality and pace of the project.
