US$ 4 Billion Tourism Project To Debut

Ba Ria-Vung Tau will hand over the first patch of 80 ha land during the first few days of 2010 to investors and entrepreneurs of a tourist resort project named Sai Gon Atlantis Hotel.
Leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee promised to hand over the site for the project to the investors during a working session between the two sides on December 30th, 2009.
The project to build a tourist complex worth US$ 4 billion on an area of 295 ha is funded by Winvest Investment, USA.
According to the investors, if the land is handed over on time, the project will officially start on the first quarter of 2010.
