Xuan Dinh village makes jam for Tet

This is the busiest season for Xuan Dinh village, Tu Liem District, Hanoi where 39 families are working hard to process 630 tonnes of jams in time for Tet.
As of January 1, 2010, Xuan Dinh villagers began processing jam for Tet. The village processes jams all whole year round but villagers are very busy in the month before the Full Moon Festival and Tet. Their main products are dry squash, groundnut jam, dry sweet potato, ginger and all kinds of fruit jams.
