In 2009, Con Dao district gave oportunity for enterprises to implement tourism projects, in which that some big projects, such as: 3-star standard Saigon- Condao hotel project (82 rooms with total investment capital of VND 100 billion); the Dat Doc resort project with total investment capital of USD 38 million with 39 rooms, 16 villas; the high-standard relaxing area (72,000 square meters at Ben Dam area); A relaxing area invested more VND 30 billion to upgrade 3- standard hotel with 42 rooms… Next to, there are many new-buit motels, small resorts in this district.
