Mong’s new year festival

Gau Tao (New Year) Festival, the largest festival of the Mong ethnic group has been held at Suoi Dong Village, in the northern province of Bac Giang.
In recent years, the festival has been sponsored by local authorities to preserve and restore its traditional characters with the aim of attracting tourists and saving the traditions of the Mong.
This year, the festival with traditional rituals and folk games, created a unique cultural space.
