VNAT to promote tourism in key markets

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) will focus on programmes to promote tourism in a number of its crucial markets in the first quarter this year.
These programmes include the ITB (Travel Trade Show) 2010 in Berlin from March10-14, the 17th Moscow International Exhibition on Travel and Tourism (MITT) 2010 from March 17-20 and exhibitions to encourage tourists in Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia from February 28-March 6.
During these exhibitions, VNAT will put up stands called “Vietnam-the hidden charm” to show the country’s great potential for tourism through photos and exhibits on the millennium anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi, the campaign to vote Ha Long Bay as one of the new wonders of the world and other national cultural and natural heritages.
