Royal Hotels to manage two resorts for developer

Royal Hotels&Resorts Management yesterday signed a 15-year management contract with property developer Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group to operate two resorts in cities of Da Lat and Quy Nhon.
Under the contract, the resorts have been re-named as Royal Hotel&Villas Da Lat and Royal Hotel&Healthcare Resort Quy Nhon
"Royal Hotels&Resorts Management, with its established credentials as a hospitality provider for Royal River Beach Resort Hoi An, is a perfect partner in achieving our goals of offering luxury facilities to our guests," said Nguyen Van Su, general director of HAG.
"This is our first contract with this owner, and we look forward to helping these unique properties further expand appeal to domestic and foreign travelers," said Nguyen Hoang Dung, general director of Royal Hotels&Resorts Management.
"Royal Hotels&Resorts Management has been successful in the management for Royal River Beach Resort Hoi An. The turnover rose by 200 per cent in comparison with 2007 when they signed the contract," Dung said.
Despite of the global economic crisis, the average room occupancy of the resort in 2009 is 85 per cent.
